Suppliers: procurement guidance
We have developed a range of advice, support and guidance for current and prospective public sector suppliers.
Supplier Journey
The Supplier Journey contains guidance for suppliers on how to bid for public sector goods, services and health and social care contracts.
Supplier Development Programme
The Supplier Development Programme provides a range of free tender training workshops, aimed at helping small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and third sector organisations who are interested in bidding for public sector contracts.
Training is delivered through workshops and webinars. Courses include finding and responding to opportunities, Single Procurement Document (SPD), improving your bid score, and understanding community benefits and sustainability.
Single Point of Enquiry (SpoE) service
The SPoE offers an independent, impartial and confidential service for businesses which have concerns about a procurement exercise carried out by a Scottish public body.
It can work with buying organisations to try to resolve concerns in an informal manner.
