Marine compliance: designated landing ports

List of designated landing ports (DLPs) in the United Kingdom.

Please see the attached PDF for a list of designated landing ports (DLPs) within the United Kingdom.

Macduff Harbour: notified landings

Macduff Harbour is not a designated landing port. However, in recognising the port's provision of key infrastructure support to the fleet, fishing vessels will now be permitted to land at Macduff prior to utilising the harbour facilities. Vessels will still have to provide advance notification of their intention to land at Macduff, but Marine Scotland will now permit landings of all sea fish species allowing vessels to utilise port facilities for care or maintenance immediately following the notified landing.

Please note that at least 4 hours’ notice of arrival will be required of your intention to land 2 tonnes or more of any species of sea fish.
