We are responsible for:

• financial strategy for the health and social care portfolio
• financial management of all 22 NHS boards
• financial performance and financial advice to integration authority chief finance officers
• infrastructure policy and investment
• effective prescribing and therapeutics
• delivery of the sustainability and value programme
• personal protective equipment (PPE)
