The Director of Social Care and National Care Service Development is responsible for chairing, co-chairing or attending the following:

pandemic response in Adult Social Care Group
GOLD Group
National Care Service Programme Delivery Board
National Care Service Shadow Legislation Board

Biography

Donna previously led on a number of policy areas, including Covid response, mental health, police, improvement, attainment and wellbeing in learning, early years and youth justice. She initially worked in the financial services sector, before joining the Scottish Government in 2002.
