Overview
The group was established to provide members with the opportunity to share evidence as to the effective continued operation of the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 during the coronavirus pandemic.
It was also established to consider whether there was a need for the commencement of temporary measures contained in the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020 in relation to the expiry of guardianship orders and s.47 certificates for medical treatment.
