Age of Criminal Responsibility Programme Board

Overview

The Programme Board is responsible for the successful delivery of the Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Act 2019. It is the decision-making authority for implementation of the Act and will meet every 6 to 8 weeks, as required.
