Outdoor Learning: strategic working group
Overview
The Scottish Outdoor Learning Strategic Working Group (SOLSWG) was established in May 2024, and stems from a commitment in the refreshed Learning for Sustainability Action Plan (2023) to create a new policy workstream on Outdoor Learning.
The group is developing advice for Ministers to strengthen inclusive provision and access to outdoor learning, in all its forms, across the curriculum. It will report its final advice and recommendations to Ministers in 2025.
