Overview

The Scottish Pubs Code Adjudicator is responsible for overseeing and enforcing the Scottish Pubs Code.

The code regulates the relationship between pub owning businesses and tied pub tenants. The adjudicator is Sarah Havlin.

England and Wales have their own Pubs Code Adjudicator.
