LGBTQI+ funding and partners
We work with a wide range of third sector organisations to promote equality of opportunity and inclusion for LGBTQI+ people and to ensure that the voices of those with lived experience can help to improve outcomes for LGBTQI+ communities across Scotland. These organisations include:

- LEAP Sports Scotland
- LGBT Youth Scotland
- Scottish Trans
- Stonewall Scotland
Funding
We are providing funding of over £1.1 million to organisations working to promote LGBTQI+ equality in Scotland in 2024 to 2025 through the Equality and Human Rights Fund (EHRF).
We provided funding of over £3 million through the EHRF to LGBTQI+ organisations in Scotland from 2021 to 2024.
Funding was also provided to LGBTQI+ organisations in Scotland between 2017 and 2021.
Equality and Human Rights Fund
The EHRF is managed through Inspiring Scotland.
The Fund supports work which advances human rights, promotes equality and tackles discrimination around age, sex, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, disability, religion or belief and race.
The EHRF funds LGBTQI+ organisations to help improve the lives of LGBTQI+ communities in Scotland, increase access to services and promote equality. The Fund supports a range of initiatives, including policy development, training, research and engagement with the LGBTQI+ community.
