11. Annex D

11.1 Special Allocations to the non-sector groups

11.1.1 Scotland will make a Special Allocation for the following quotas and amounts for the 10mu Pool.

a) NS Mackerel: 50 tonnes

b) WS Mackerel: 400 tonnes

c) NS Cod: up to a total allocation of 200 tonnes

d) NS Saithe: up to a total allocation of 80 tonnes

e) NS Lemon Sole & Witch: up to a total allocation of 15 tonnes

f) NS Anglerfish: up to a total allocation of 30 tonnes

g) NS Skate & Rays: up to a total allocation of 10 tonnes

h) NS Ling: up to a total allocation of 15 tonnes

i) WS Anglerfish: up to a total allocation of 15 tonnes

j) WS Skate & Rays: up to a total allocation of 25 tonnes

k) WS Cod: up to a total allocation of 5 tonnes

11.1.2 Scotland will make a Special Allocation of the following amounts for the O10m Pool.

a) NS Mackerel: 100 tonnes

b) WS Mackerel: 100 tonnes

c) WS Cod: 5 tonnes
