List 1 indicates the locations of the mobile masts which are eligible for non-domestic rates relief from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2029 under The Non-Domestic Rates (Telecommunication Installations) (Scotland) Regulations 2016, as amended by The Non-Domestic Rates (Levying and Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2023. This includes proposed mast sites relating to the Scottish 4G Infill programme which will deliver 4G mobile mast infrastructure and services in selected areas which would not otherwise be served commercially.
