Transport requirements and registration of Specialist Transport Businesses (STB): forms and guidance

Where an APB operator is involved in the transportation of aquaculture animals, the APB operator must keep and make available certain records with regard to transportation, in accordance with Article 20 of the 2009 Regulations and ensure the disease prevention requirements during transportation, in accordance with Article 19 of the 2009 Regulations, are being met.

Registration of a stocked fishery (FIS): forms and guidance

The Aquatic Animal Health (Scotland) Regulations 2009 require all ponds or other installations, where the population is maintained only for recreational fishing by re-stocking with aquaculture animals, to be registered by the Scottish Ministers.

Aquaculture Production Businesses operating non-commercial installations (NCBs): forms and guidance

The Aquatic Animal Health (Scotland) Regulations 2009 allow for a derogation that requires the registration of an Aquaculture Production Business that is operating non-commercial installations (NCBs).

Aquaculture Processing Establishment (APE): forms and guidance

Certain processing establishments (APEs) (those processing aquaculture animals slaughtered for disease control purposes) are required to be authorised prior to processing such animals.
