Action 1 – Members who have not yet done so to send a short biography to Vicki or Ellie for the list of biographies requested by the Development Group at its last meeting.

Action 2 – Draft minutes of the Active Scotland Delivery Group meeting to be circulated.

Action 3 – Explore an accessible digital platform to share documents and key information between the Active Scotland Delivery Group & Development Group (SharePoint or Knowledge Hub).

Status – plan to use Actify for this purpose – details to follow shortly.
Action 4 – Various members of the Development Group would like to attend a workshop requested by Delivery Group members to explore how their organisations’ respective delivery programmes are implemented in a local context, with the Glasgow area as the initial focus. Group secretariat to provide details once a date and venue have been identified.

Action 7 – Agenda item on ‘Horizon Scanning’ to be added to future meeting agendas. Group members should arrive at future meetings prepared to share/raise any emerging issues that they feel will impact the Active Scotland Outcome Framework.

Action 8 – Agenda item for meeting 3: in-depth workshop session on the WHO Systems Map, how that can be adapted to describe the system in Scotland, and how the group can use this in a practical way.
