Information requested

Please provide the Affordable Housing Supply Programme business case.

Response

The More Homes Approach, which includes the Affordable Housing Supply Programme, is driven by policy direction as outlined in housing strategy documents including the Joint Housing Delivery Plan for Scotland - gov.scot (www.gov.scot) and most recently Housing to 2040 - gov.scot (www.gov.scot). Within our Programme Definition Document which I have attached there is a summary of the definition of the More Homes Scotland approach in terms of purpose and objectives, justification and business context, vision statement and success criteria, outcomes and benefits, scope and exclusions.

I enclose a copy of the information you requested. Some names have been redacted as exemption under Section 38(1)(b) of the FOI (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) applies – Third person personal data. Sections 7-13, part of section 14 and Annexes A and C of the document have been redacted as they are out of scope of your request.
