The Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Act 2019 (Places of Safety) Regulations 2021: BRIA
This business and regulatory impact assessment (BRIA) considers the impact on businesses and consumers of laying Regulations under the Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Act 2019 which will prescribe the information to be recorded by police when they use the power in section 28 of that Act.
