Health and social care - annual performance reports: statutory guidance
Statutory guidance, focused on integration authority annual performance reports, which supports the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) 2014 Act.
3. Summary
Performance reports are key to ensuring integration authorities and their local communities are clear on how health and social care integration is performing. Performance reporting is an opportunity to reflect and act on what is and is not working. It is therefore the intention of this guidance to provide as much flexibility as possible in the content and format of the reports whilst ensuring that the minimum requirements are met, as set out in the regulations.
Integration authorities are expected and encouraged to include relevant, additional information beyond the minimum set out in this guidance in order to build a full and accurate assessment of how the integration of health and social care is delivering for people and communities, in a way that is also clear for non-experts.
