Business Concerns

In Wave 85, the BICS asked businesses about their main concerns in July 2023.

Business concern question: Which of the following, if any, will be the main concern for your business in July 2023?

Figure 2: The main concerns for businesses for July 2023 were energy prices (22.5%) and inflation of goods and services prices (15.6%). Comparing to the previous month, fewer businesses are now reporting energy prices and inflation of goods and services prices as their main concerns.
