Code of Conduct for Members of Management Advisory Boards

It is good practice for Management Advisory Boards to have Codes of Conduct. Management Advisory Board members are not bound by the the Ethical Standards in Public Life (Scotland) Act 2000. However, the Code of Conduct which applies to your public body is likely to be based on the nine key principles of public life included in the Model Code of Conduct:
