Examples for policy officials of best practice completed and published Business and Regulatory Impact Assessments (BRIAs).
This is part of a collection that makes up the complete BRIA guidance. We have also produced a
template for a BRIA and toolkit on
what a BRIA is.
We have published examples of four different types of BRIAs that are considered best practice, to guide you on how your assessments should be written and displayed when they are completed. The four attached examples are:
- a completed BRIA table
- a full final BRIA published report
- a short final BRIA published report
- a decision to pursue a non-regulatory option
