Building warrant fees: consultation outcome report
Report on the outcomes of our 2023 building warrant fees consultation.
Consultation method and information sources
The consultation received a total of 95 responses: 39 from individuals and 56 from organisations. Local authorities made up 28 of the 56 organisation responses. The consultation was launched online on the Scottish Government consultation platform Citizen Space.[2] The consultation paper and all other associated documents and research were published on the Scottish Government website. Respondents also had the opportunity to feedback via email and post.
