Rwanda Non-Communicable Diseases Programme: call for proposals
This is a call for proposals and application form aimed at organisations who would like to deliver a grant to support community palliative care in Rwanda on behalf of the Scottish Government. The deadline for applications is 5 July 2024.
Application Checklist
Programme Documents
Your application must consist of:
I. Document 1 - The Application Form
II. Document 2 - A draft logic model/logical framework summarising your proposed approach. This must include at least one explicit gender equality objective backed by at least one gender-specific indicator in line with the OECD DAC gender equality policy marker.
III. Document 3 - an indicative high level Budget (a spreadsheet is preferred). This should include an estimate of staff costs (specifying those in Rwanda and any other territory), a breakdown of overheads and office costs, all travel costs, and anticipated implementation costs based on assumptions in your logic model/theory of change in document 2.
IV. Document 4 - A programme risk register including detail of assumptions and mitigating action(s)

V. Document 5 - A copy of your Equal Opportunities/Diversity policy.
VI. Document 6 - A statement verifying your Fair Work First commitment and confirmation this has been developed in agreement with the workforce. This is to be signed off by the relevant trade union where one is present, or workers representative(s) where there is no union present.
VII. Document 7 - A copy of your organisation's safeguarding policy.
