Intellectual Property Rights

All Intellectual Property Rights will be assigned to and shall vest in the Crown or its assignees.

The grant holder shall ensure that nothing contained in any materials produced or submitted to the Scottish Ministers by the grant holder or anyone acting on its behalf nor the reproduction of such materials, shall constitute an infringement of any third party copyright or intellectual property right and shall indemnify the Scottish Ministers against all actions, proceedings, claims and demands made by reason of any such infringement.
