Information on the Carers Census for data suppliers. The Carers Census collects a variety of information on unpaid carers being supported by local authorities and carer centres across Scotland.
Organisations currently registered as data providers for the Carers Census have been sent guidance documents via email, however these remain largely unchanged since 2021/22, which can be found below.
If you have not received correspondence about the Carers Census and would like to submit a return, please contact us on: SWStat@gov.scot.
The Carers Census data collection for 2023/24 will go live on Monday 26 August 2024 and will close on Friday 11 October 2024.
