Feedback through the engagement and consultation on the review has helped to inform this assessment, including taking account of the views of children and young people. The clearly expressed view that the revised Practice Standards should focus on the impact on the child, their views and participation, and their best interests has been considered and reflected throughout the development of the revised Practice Standards.
