12. Planning for the review of impact on children’s rights and wellbeing
The guidance has a focus on local recording and monitoring of restraint and seclusion to improve practice in this area. At a national level, the impact of the guidance will be reviewed one year after publication. The evaluation criteria for the 1 year national review is to be agreed. The CRWIA will be considered again at that point.
