Christmas trees purchased from November 2019 to the present day: FOI release

Information requested

I am writing under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 to request information regarding the number of Christmas trees purchased either centrally by the Scottish Government or via Electronic Payment Cards over the last three years from November 2019 to the present day.

Response

The number of Christmas Trees purchased by the Scottish Government over the requested timeframe are detailed in the table below. All trees are purchased from the Bethany Christian Trust Caring Christmas Trees scheme. The budget for purchasing the trees has been £1670 per annum.
