A national network of climate action hubs is being set up to support communities to take forward climate action in their areas. Find out how to apply to set up a hub.

Before applying to set up a climate action hub your organisation should work with other community groups in your area to determine:

current community action to mitigate or adapt to climate change
existing support for climate action and community empowerment
how a hub could align and build on existing support
key priorities for a hub in the area
how support could be most effectively delivered
