Post Assessment Review and sign-off
The potential impacts of the provisions of the Bill on children’s rights and wellbeing will continue to be reviewed through the passage of the Bill as well as in the development of secondary legislation to establish the levels of carbon budgets and the development of the next Climate Change Plan.
