Climate Change Plan: monitoring report 2018

The first annual report monitoring progress towards Scotland's Climate Change Plan.

An erratum was published on 22/01/2019 as a result of data changes on PDF pages 55, where the figure £51million was changed to £5.1 million.

The HTML and PDF have been updated to reflect these changes.
