Climate Engagement Fund
Fund aims to build understanding of the climate emergency across Scotland, by offering support for climate engagement activities. The fund is closed to applicants.
Approved bids 2023 to 2024
The total value for the Climate Engagement Fund was £550,000 for financial year 2023 to 2024. The fund received an extraordinary number of high quality bids and following a thorough selection process, bids from eight organisations were chosen.

Loco Home Retrofit Climate Engagement Fund project | To engage homeowners and trades people on the impact of home energy on greenhouse gas emissions and how to reduce these emissions. | £74,247 |
Outside the Box Climate Engagement Fund project | To engage with communities, focussing on equalities groups, to help build understanding of Scotland’s climate ambition and policies. | £54,116 |
Rowanbank Environmental Arts and Education Climate Engagement Fund project | To will help young people and their educators build a better understanding of climate change through theatrical storytelling and creative climate education and communication tools. | £56,115 |
