Collision statistics for Chapel Street at Albert Square, Dundee: FOI release

Information requested

We refer to the above and write to advise we have a client accused of causing serious injury by hitting a woman with a car. We therefore would be grateful if you could provide collision statistics for a 3 or 4 year period from the 4th October 2021 for Chapel Street at Albert Square, Dundee.

Response

The following table shows the number of injury collisions around Chapel Street between 2009 and 2022. Over this period there were two collisions, in 2011 and 2021.There was only one casualty involved in each collision.
