I would be grateful if you could advise me whether or not the Reporter would accept further representations from interested parties at this stage and, if so, by what date. The document ‘Comments on representations’ from the appellant's agents, Reynolds Architecture Ltd, has not been published due to sensitive information. Is it possible for the sensitive information to be redacted and for a copy to be made available?

I enclose a copy of the information you requested. The answer to your question in terms of the Reporter accepting a further representation following the site inspection was addressed by Specialised Caseworker, Anastasia Pseiraki in her e-mail dated 24 April 2023.

An exception under regulation 11(2) of the EIRs (personal information) applies to some of the information within the attached requested document because it is personal data of a third party and disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and in section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018. This exception is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exception.
