  • Cairngorm National Park Alliance
  • Federation of Small Businesses

I am interested in all materials generated from August 2021 onwards.

Response

As the request has breached our correspondence system size limit, I have sent a copy of all attachments to the main document to your email.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, which we have done, some exemptions under section 38 (1) (b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. An exemption under section 38 (1) (b) applies to a small amount of information requested because it is personal information/data. This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test' so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
