Community empowerment: asset transfer appeals and reviews summary

Lists all previous and current community asset transfer appeals and reviews received by the Scottish Government since this was introduced in 2017, and includes links to full accompanying documents linked to each appeal and review.


Under Part 5 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act, the Scottish Government is required to publish information on each community asset transfer appeal or review request that it has received since these powers were introduced on 23 January 2017. We have therefore published details of all requests received by authority to provide easy access to this information. We will update this information regularly as new appeals or reviews are received.

1. Land at Castlebay School, Barra
