Community justice outcomes - improvement planning and reporting: statutory guidance
Statutory guidance that supports community justice partners to understand their roles and responsibilities arising from the Community Justice (Scotland) Act 2016.
2. Statutory partners
The Act places statutory requirements upon community justice partners. These partners are listed in section 13 of the Act as:
- Local authorities,
- Health boards,
- The chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland,
- Scottish Fire and Rescue Service,
- Skills Development Scotland,
- Integration joint board established by virtue of section 9 of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014,
- Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service, and
- Scottish Ministers.
