companies providing property factoring services for properties in Edinburgh: FOI release

Information requested

You asked for a list of companies providing property factoring services for properties located within Edinburgh. The list should include property factors who were to renew by 25 January 2022. 

 

I enclose a copy of all the information you requested in a separate annex. 

 

This information is collected from property factors who specified which local authority area they operate in when they completed an application. This additional functionality was introduced in January 2019. 

Response
