Response

I attach a copy of most of the information you requested as a PDF. Some of the information you have requested is available from the Scottish Government website at the following addresses:

Equality funding: national and intermediary bodies 2017-2021 - gov.scot
Immediate Priorities Fund: organisations funded - gov.scot
Equality and Human Rights Fund: projects funded - gov.scot
Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund: year 1 - monitoring and reporting summary - gov.scot
The Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund: FOI release - gov.scot
Supporting Communities Fund: evaluation - gov.scot

Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the websites listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. This is because some of the funding for this organisation comes directly from Local Authorities or Third Sector Interface partnerships, so the Scottish Government does not hold funding condition information for these instances.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.
