Consultation on amending fees for seed certification, seed testing & associated seed functions to allow full cost recovery.

Following the closing date, all responses will be evaluated and considered along with

any other available evidence. This information will be used to advise Scottish Ministers of the views of stakeholders affected by the proposal.
