How many responses were received to the consultation on Freedom of Information rights that closed on 14th March 2023?

The answer to your question is that the Scottish Government received 82 responses to the Access to Information Rights in Scotland consultation. Two stakeholders have indicated that they intend to submit late responses. Whether any late responses can feed into the ongoing consultation analysis will be considered if received.
