1. Two responses were received from Aberdeen City Council, these were treated as separate responses, as they were submitted by different people within different parts of the organisation and contained different viewpoints. One Aberdeen City Council respondent, for example, agreed with the four outcomes, whilst the other did not. As such, it was not possible to amalgamate the two responses into one overall response for Aberdeen City Council.
