46 Due to Coronavirus, the First-tier Tribunal (Housing and Property Chamber) postponed operations and re-opened on 9 July 2020. The Private Housing (Tenancies) (Scotland) Act 2016), requires that all tenancies since 1 December 2017 must be PRTs. The Tribunal publishes the decisions it makes on evictions. The Scottish Government monitors information on private residential tenancy evictions, as there is a commitment to review the 2016 Act in terms of eviction grounds used.
