This document offers guidance to assist in the immediate implementation of a new clinically proven method of Opiate Substitution Treatment (OST), Buvidal, to meet patient treatment needs and reduce the burden of daily OST provision in NHS Scotland and Scottish Prison Service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
