A summary of COVID-19 business support funding administered by local authorities in the 2020 to 2021 financial year.
Since the start of the pandemic in spring 2020, Scottish local authorities have administered over £1.8 billion in COVID-19 business support.
The below table provides a local authority level breakdown of the total amount administered by local authorities in the 2020 to 2021 financial year. For a list of schemes included please see the footnotes below the table.
Please note that this table includes an underestimate for the amount paid to the Discretionary Fund (to 26 March 2021) and an overestimate for the amount for the final two-week Strategic Framework Business Fund payment which crossed into April 2021.
