Coronavirus (Recovery and Reform) (Scotland) Bill Fairer Scotland Duty Impact Assessment
This Fairer Scotland Duty Impact Assessment was prepared to accompany the Coronavirus (Recovery and Reform) (Scotland) Act 2022. It was most recently updated in September 2024, to reflect the laying of regulations to expire some of the temporary justice measures in the Act, and to extend others.
