Information requested
All correspondence between the Scottish Government and the Scottish National Investment Bank in August 2022 regarding the potential allocation of Just Transition Fund capital to SNIB for investment. This could be letters, emails, phone calls, etc.
I enclose a copy of all the information you requested in Annex B. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, some of the information you have requested has been redacted because an exception under regulation 11(2) of the EIRs (Personal Information) applies to that information. The reasons why that exception applies are explained in Annex A to this letter.
