All correspondence between the UK and Scottish Government regarding local authority support of the Forth Green Freeport judging process.

Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested. Local authorities had no role in the judging or assessment process for Green Freeports. There is therefore no correspondence between the Scottish and UK Government on local authority support of the Forth Green Freeport judging process.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
