Response
Most of the information you have requested is enclosed in Annex A of this letter. Exemptions under Sections 38(1)(b) (Personal Information) and 30(b)(ii) (Free and Frank Exchange of Views for the Purposes of Deliberation) of FOISA apply to a small amount of the information requested.
