Section 5. How will we know the plan is working?

It is important that we know if the plan is working.

The Scottish Government is planning to set up a group called the Measuring Change Group.

The group will be responsible for checking if the plan is working and will think how best to do this.

It will look at the information we have now about culture and decide if it needs any more.

This group will work with lots of different partners to check if the new national goal for culture is being achieved.
