At March 2021 86 projects, previously planned for delivery within the SR15 period, had yet to achieve acceptance (G100) and provide benefit for customers. At the end of Q3 we had planned to have acceptance (G100) in place for 60 of these with a further 8 planned for year-end, taking the number of outstanding delayed projects to 18. A number of the project risks outlined in the summary section above have been realised and have further delayed delivery on 20 these projects. Two projects (Kyle of Lochalsh and Clunes Legacy Sludge) achieved acceptance (G100) in January and a further 15 are forecasting acceptance (G100) before the end of March 2022 leaving 29 to be delivered against the original planned target of 18. The last project to be delivered is Rockcliffe Bathing Water which has been subject to significant community consultation to agree a location for the proposed works.
