Forms for dental students applying for a £4,000 Dental Support Grant.

From September 2017, dental students in Scotland can apply for a grant of £4,000 a year to help with the cost of their studies. This is called the Dental Student Support Grant (DSSG). More information on DSSG eligibility and how to apply is available on the mygov.scot website.

There are three forms available to download on this page:

  • the main DSSG application form
  • the DSSG student contract
  • the 'extenuating circumstances' form, to claim a grant for a repeated year
